CCS Jog-a-Thon 2025 - Friday, September 19

The 10th annual CCS Jog-a-Thon is a fun school event and our second-biggest fundraiser of the year. All donations from the Jog-a-Thon go directly into the CCS Annual Fund, which helps fill the gap between tuition charged and the actual cost to educate each student at CCS. Thanks to the hard work and generosity of our CCS families, alumni and community, we have exceeded our goal the past two years.
HOW DOES THE JOG-A-THON WORK?
The Jog-a-Thon will be held on the south back field at CCS during the school day on Friday, September 19. Students will run, jog or walk anywhere from 15 – 30 minutes. **Eagle’s Nest & Pre K students have a smaller course marked and will run/walk as many times as they can around their own course for a predetermined amount of time.**

CAN PARENTS HELP WITH THE JOG-A-THON?
Yes! We encourage you to come out and be a part of this fun event! We also need help counting laps, and serving ice cream cones. Grab your opportunity on the CCS PARENT VOLUNTEERS document!
HOW DO STUDENTS GET DONATIONS?
Prior to the Jog-a-thon, students call or ask family members, friends and/or neighbors to sponsor them. They collect donations and turn them into CCS Office by Friday, October 3.
CCS Jog-a-Thon 2025 GOAL is $16,000
When each CCS family raises $222.00, we achieve our goal!
OPTION 1: ONLINE DONATION GIVE
Donations can be given using any major credit card. (Please note the name of the student you are sponsoring in the “Gift Description”.
OPTION 2: BY CHECK/CASH DONATION
Participants may collect cash or check donations by writing the donor’s name and amount donated on your pledge sheet.

JOG-A-THON SCHEDULE
(All times approximate)
1:00 – 1:15 PM: Assembly, announcements & prayer in the CCS Gymnasium
1:15-1:25 PM Pre-K & EN Jog/Walk (upper grade buddies will assist!)
1:30 – 1:45 PM Grades K – 3
1:45 – 2:15 PM Grades 4 – 8
Parents and Grandparents are MORE THAN WELCOME to come cheer on and encourage your child and/or grandchild as they run/walk the course!!
In case of rain, our alternate date is Friday, September 26.
