Morning Meeting- Pledge of allegiance, Bible pledge, helpers, calendar, weather, and schedule

 

Music-We will sing and review the songs God Made Me, Ive Got the Joy, B-I-B-L-E, I am a C-h-r-i-s-t-i-a-n, Only a boy named David, and Every Move I Make, I will make you Fishers of Men, God is so Good, Hallelujah, I'm in the Lord's Army, J-E-S-U-S cheer, He is the King of Kings, Lord I Lift your name on High, My God is Powerful, Noah's Ark, Oh, be careful little eyes, Praise Him, Praise Him, Peace Like a River, Rejoice in the Lord, and Shine Jesus Shine, He's Got the whole world in his hands, Thank you Lord for making me, and If I were a Butterfly.

 

Bible-We will be discussing and learning the story about Jesus Appears to his Followers, along with The Ascension.  We will also read a daily devotion. We will continue to learn how to pray and we'll continue working in our prayer journals.

 

Literacy-We will be reviewing letters Aa-Zz.  We will also be reviewing sight words: I, a, am, can, in, is, it, see, at, like, to, and, the, up, go, me, my, what, do, we,  an, you, on and we will be learning are/all.  

 

Story Time-We will read books that are themed around farming to discuss what we will be encountering on our fieldtrip.  We will be putting the story into the right sequence, doing picture walks, answering comprehension questions, and learning what an author/illustrator is. 

 

Math- We will review all of our math units, along with playing Bingo with numbers 0-20.

-Tuesday, May 22nd we will have PreK celebration from 6:00-7:00.

-Wednesday, May 23rd and Thursday, May 24th will be optional structured days for your child to attend.

-Friday, May 25th from 9:00-2:00 we will be at Kelly Farms for our fieldtrip!

-If your child comes Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, please make sure to provide them with a cold lunch!
